Active solution for learning and reading difficulties

Forbrain® helps enhancing focus, improving auditory processing, and boosting self-confidence—without adding extra time to your routine.

Specialists experience better outcomes using Forbrain

“I work with many clients with learning disabilities who become fond of Forbrain and parents end up buying a set. Parents report improved reading and increased affinity for reading. Overall, this is a great product!”

– Theresa

“I demonstrated Forbrain to each of my students. I tutor children with learning, reading, and study problems. Each child tried it during our meetings. The most striking difference I saw was with a teenager who struggles in school and absolutely HATED to read. Once he began using Forbrain daily for 20 minutes, his fluency soared! Each of the children who use Forbrain at home have improved so much that in two cases, they may be “testing out” of special school services. What a great tool!”

– M. Hamtil

The Learning and Reading Challenge

Learning and reading difficulties have nothing to do with intelligence—they are challenges that can affect anyone. However, they can create a negative feedback loop that leads to frustration, a loss of confidence, and, eventually, tension and avoidance.

When these difficulties go unaddressed, individuals may “close their eyes and ears” to the beauty of learning, making it harder to stay curious and engaged.

Common difficulties include:

  • Trouble recognizing and blending sounds
  • Difficulty following along while reading
  • Problems retaining information from texts
  • Distractions and mental fatigue during lessons

With the right tools and support, it’s possible to break this cycle, turn struggles into strengths, and rekindle the joy of learning.

How Forbrain® Supports Learning and Reading

Forbrain® uses bone conduction technology and a dynamic audio-vocal feedback loop to strengthen the brain’s ability to process sound and language. This leads to:

Improved Auditory Processing

Forbrain® enhances how the brain perceives sound by amplifying higher frequencies of the user’s voice, making it easier to identify and blend speech sounds.

Enhanced Focus and Attention

The dynamic filter adjusts voice intensity, creating small variations that “wake up” the brain and help users stay alert during reading and learning tasks.

Better Reading Fluency and Comprehension

By reinforcing the connection between speaking and listening, Forbrain® helps users read aloud more fluently and understand texts with greater clarity.

Seamless Integration into Daily Life: Rediscover the Joy of Learning

Forbrain® makes it easy to rediscover the excitement of learning and the joy of discovery. It can be seamlessly incorporated into everyday reading or study activities for just 10 to 20 minutes a day—no extra time or complex routines needed.

With Forbrain®, you can build focus and confidence while enjoying the process of learning.

What the Research Says

Scientific studies have shown that Forbrain can significantly improve attention and cognitive performance.

1/ A scientific case study by Torabi et al. published in Journal of Garmian University was conducted to study “The effect of sound therapy on reading skills of students with reading difficulties.”

The results indicated a significant improvement in the reading skills of the experimental group compared to the control group. Specifically, there were significant improvements in various reading skills. The study suggests that Forbrain® can have a positive impact on the reading skills of students with reading difficulties. This could potentially be a promising avenue for educational interventions to help students overcome challenges related to reading difficulties.

2/ A study conducted in Mediterrani de La Ampolla School aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of Forbrain® in enhancing reading speed and comprehension.

The study involved 8 primary school students over a two-month period, with four weekly sessions using Forbrain®. The participants were from various grades and backgrounds, including those with attention deficit issues. The study concluded that Forbrain® had a positive impact on students’ academic performance, phonological awareness, oral expression, diction, fluency, memory and attention. The program effectively improved reading skills and processing information for all participating students.

3/ A research paper published by Beatriz Aguilar Guerrero from the International University of La Rioja aimed to study Forbrain®’s operation and its effects on reading processes.

The research indicates that the Forbrain® device plays a role in enhancing the relationship between letters and their corresponding sounds. It also aids in reorganizing our awareness of speech sounds through plasticity in the auditory system.

The bone and air pathways facilitate the modification of sounds, enhancing the ability to read and understand various language components. The study highlights improvements in reading pseudowords, aiding corrective action and sound modification. This approach has led to improved comprehension and learning, particularly in phonological aspects. The research suggests that the effects of Forbrain®’s use can last for an extended period.

Forbrain is helping individuals with learning and reading difficulties to succeed at school

Mother of Kendall, a boy with learning difficulties

Forbrain was first introduced to us when my son Kendall started Kindergarten. He struggled so much with learning the letter names. He hated homework and had a hard time focusing on getting any of it done. He was tested and qualified for extra help during school, and his teacher was still concerned with how he was progressing. My family has seen huge progress using Forbrain, and we are so glad we decided to purchase it. If you or someone you know with kids or even adults are struggling with reading, memorizing, attention, or speech troubles, look into this. What it can do is pretty amazing.

Julie’s daughter (Reading difficulties)

This is probably one of the most unique and coolest products I have ever reviewed. My oldest daughter has focus issues. She really struggles to stay focused on each task. She started using Forbrain for about 30 minutes a day. I quickly noticed she could complete multiplication fact practice without getting off task. Every day, she became less resistant to having to practice. Over a few days, I noticed that she completed her history reading assignment much faster and was paying more attention. She also seemed to remember more of what she had read in the long term.

Mother of Mikayla, a girl with reading difficulties

I have seen tremendous improvement in my daughter’s reading comprehension and rhythm. She used to read so fast, without any pause, and in such a monotone voice. Now that she has the headset on, she can hear how she sounds and has made great strides in slowing down and reading. Her comprehension has skyrocketed too. She no longer reads a passage and cannot narrate back to me something she read. To help her get to this point, I used the Echo and Accompanying technique, in which I overlaid my voice with hers. I would begin reading the passage, and she would pick up {+/-} one-second lag.

Jennifer’s son ( Reading difficulties)

My younger son (who is six) really wanted to try this out and since he is learning to read I had him use this while was reading to me. He loved how funny his voice sounded while he was wearing it too! He wore it for maybe 10 minutes per day and it was always when we were reading together. He called it his robot voice. He had a blast using it too – reading time became so much more enjoyable for him. I also think it helped him to better differentiate letter sounds as he read.

Frequently Asked Questions

No, but they are designed to fit all head sizes. To comfortably use Forbrain, place the headphones on the bone in front of the ears and properly position the microphone before the mouth. Don’t worry if the hoop doesn’t fit against the head as it won’t affect the device’s comfort or effectiveness.

No, Forbrain operates wirelessly and autonomously. However, you can choose to use the headphone jack to connect to a phone or computer and follow on with audio content.

Yes, Forbrain is recommended by 7,000+ professionals worldwide. Forbrain is backed by years of research and is designed to support therapeutic programs. Yes, Forbrain is a clinically evaluated device for specialists, therapists, and educators who work with people trying to overcome difficulties in learning, auditory processing, communication, attention, or memorization.

To gauge the effectiveness of Forbrain, consider both immediate and long-term outcomes. Initially, you should notice improvements in voice clarity and strength when using the device, as it provides immediate feedback. However, like any learning process or therapy, long-term results require time and repetition. Think of Forbrain as a workout for the audio-vocal process that yields robust benefits with consistent use.
